●  Purification of DNA template by using Xcelgen - DNA Gel PCR Purification Kit (XG3511)

●  DNA Sequencing by using 96 capillary high through put sequencer; ABI 3730 XL to generate sequences     with accurate base calling

●  The data will be assembled using codon code aligner and other software.

●  Data presentation in .abi or PDF format

Delivery of results
DNA Sequencing results will be delivered to the client through email (SCF or ABI Format). If client requires results in hard copies, it has to be mentioned on prior basis.
